Texturing....removing the top surface, texturing the slick areas between grooves
In the last few years, dairymen have been trying to address the problem of slick concrete on alleys that were poured with grooves skreeded in with the paving machine. The flat area between the grooves is left too slick to give cows traction as they walk on it.
What we offer is a way to texture the surface to give the cows more grip.
We have a machine that removes the top 1/16-1/8" to leave a finish is grippy but not to rough. Works best on alleys that are only flushed.
